These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Beep Driving Cancellations UK mobile application (the “App”) operated by Nextkey Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Service Description

The App helps users find and receive notifications about earlier driving test appointments offered by the UK Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (“DVSA”).

Important Note:

• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the DVSA.
• We cannot guarantee availability of test cancellations or successful booking.
• The App is intended as a convenience tool only; responsibility for booking, paying for, and attending tests remains with you.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.g., driving licence number, test reference).
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in line with DVSA rules.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the App.
